We work with a limited number of clients at any given time. This is not a marketing position — it is a practical commitment. It means that when you call, you reach Adam or Lauren directly. It means your questions are answered by someone who knows your situation. It means the details are handled by the people who made the commitment to you.

Adam Swann
Adam Swann has been representing buyers and sellers in Puerto Rico's luxury market for over a decade. He founded Swann Luxury Real Estate with the conviction that the best real estate experience is a personal one — built on trust, transparency, and genuine expertise.
Adam's background spans residential brokerage, investment property analysis, and relocation consulting. He has helped clients navigate Act 60 transitions, off-market acquisitions, and complex multi-property transactions. He speaks English and Spanish fluently.
He lives in Dorado with his family.

Lauren Haddock
Lauren Haddock joined Swann Luxury Real Estate after a career in luxury hospitality management, where she developed an instinct for anticipating client needs and managing complex logistics with grace.
She brings that same attentiveness to real estate — coordinating showings, managing transaction timelines, and ensuring that every client interaction reflects the standard of care the firm is known for.
Lauren is fluent in English and Spanish.
